Sales commission policy

I pay a commission and bonus of 6–20% for sales procured by authorized sales agents, writers, translators, reviewers or consultants of AA Nuncio LLC. The commission is paid on the amount that appears in the Subtotal Two line of the quotation.

• I pay a sales commission of 6% on each sale to a wholesale (agency) client and a bonus of 6% on the first sale to a wholesale (agency) client.
• I pay a sales commission of 12% on each sale to all other (non-wholesale) clients and a bonus of 8% on the first sale to a non-wholesale client.

Once the sales agent, writer, translator or reviewer has received the bonus for the first sale to a given client, the sales agent, writer, translator or reviewer will receive credit for each subsequent sale to that client.

The client must pay the full amount of the invoice before AA Nuncio will pay the corresponding commission or bonus. AA Nuncio may elect to withhold commissions on sales to clients with large outstanding balances.

I do not pay commissions when the recipient of the commission is employed by or somehow affiliated with the client that generates the sales commission.

I reserve the right to revoke my authorization of the sales agent, writer, translator or reviewer for cause, in which case the sales agent, writer, translator or reviewer will cease to receive commissions or bonuses on future sales to a given client.
