Documentation requirements

Administrative documents: 1) Approved quotation and/or purchase order and/or service cancellation notice; 2) upon delivery of the target document, a completion report with final billing (pursuant to the approved quotation or service order).

Target document: an exact copy of the source document with appropriate corrections incorporated into the text.

Other deliverables: the expert reviewer's report, unless the client chooses to omit the expert reviewer's report.

Source document

The source document is a document produced by a writer, editor, reviewer, translator or consultant employed by AA Nuncio LLC.

Ideally, the peer reviewer should have direct contact with the client and the writer, editor, reviewer, translator or consultant who produced the source document.

Target document

Format: The expert reviewer will deliver the target document in the same format as the source document, unless the quotation specifies another format.

Style: The expert reviewer will not correct errors in grammar, punctuation or style, but will correct spelling errors when the misspelled words correspond to specialized terminology or terms of art.

Terminology: The expert reviewer will correct improper terminology and otherwise ensure accurate, consistent terminology.

Peer review/expert review

Expert review: 1) If the client requests a peer review and an expert review, the writer, editor, translator or consultant will deliver the target document and other deliverables to the peer reviewer and the client on or before the delivery date. Once the peer reviewer has completed the review (within the time specified in the respective quote), the peer reviewer will deliver the target document and other deliverables to the client, writer, editor, translator or consultant, expert reviewer and the editor-in-chief. 2) If the client requests an expert review without a peer review, the writer, editor, translator or consultant will deliver the target document to the client, the expert reviewer and the editor-in-chief on or before the delivery date. Once the expert reviewer has completed the review (within the time specified in the respective quote), the expert reviewer must deliver the target document and expert's report to the client, the person responsible for producing the source document and the editor-in-chief.

Letters of comments: Writers can respond to the peer reviewer or expert reviewer through a letter of comments.
