For a general description of these activities, see the Services section. As a rule, we only subscribe to standards that are available over the Internet at little or no cost. Costly proprietary standards (such as those of the Workflow Management Coalition) have their place, but we believe that unless our clients have unfettered access to the standards we espouse, we lack a common language for defining quality. |
