Description of the service
We offer top-quality writing in most major writing styles—journalism, business,
literary, academic, etc.—and on virtually any subject.
Administrative documents: 1) Approved quotation and/or purchase order and/or
service cancellation notice; 2) upon delivery of the target document, a completion
report with final billing (pursuant to the approved quotation or service order).
Target document: An original document.
Other deliverables: N/A.
Because the quality of the target document may hinge on the amount and quality of
the information that the client provides to the writer, clients must designate a
contact person to answer any questions we may have.
Ideally, the writer should have direct contact with the client.
Format: The writer will deliver the target document in a single Microsoft
Word file (.doc) with appropriate Word styles for all structural elements (headers,
footers, titles, and so on) and standard fonts such as Arial and Times New Roman.
The writer may use italics as necessary and appropriate, but should use bold lettering
sparingly and must never use underlined lettering or any other decorative styles
(such as highlighting). In general, manual formatting is not acceptable.
Typography: The writer must use appropriate typographic symbols (as specified
in the Unicode standard).
Style: Good style is always a function of the intended audience. Based on
the demographic and other information that the client provides to AA Nuncio, our
writers will adjust their style to communicate most effectively with readers while
remaining within the guidelines established in our
internal style guide.
In general, writing should be as clear and concise as possible.
Peer review/expert review
Peer review: If the client requests peer review without an expert review,
the writer will deliver the target document to the peer reviewer and the client
on or before the delivery date. Once the peer reviewer has completed the review
(within the time specified in the respective quote), the peer reviewer must deliver
the target document and other deliverables to the client, the writer and the editor-in-chief.
