Over the years, I've developed three core technologies to automate my business and produce a variety of reports and other documents:

  1. A termbase (i.e., a database of terminology)
  2. Software for creating and tracking job notes
  3. Software for managing quotations and billing

I plan to migrate items two and three to the Internet so that my clients and associates can generate notes, price quotes and billing information from any device with an Internet connection.

My plan involves providing custom web sites (such as this one) to associates so that they can take control of their own promotion yet work with a group of trusted providers. Associates become associates when a majority of current associates approves their nomination.

I expect to complete the first phase of this project by August 2010 and the second phase in March 2011.
